NYC & SAN JUAN, 2020 — BrainHi is a call and appointment management system for medical practices. Its core product consists of a chat-style interface for managing all text-message conversations between a doctor’s office and patients, as well as various scheduling tools.

In addition to in-house humans who manage patient interactions on behalf of medical offices, BrainHi implements a chatbot to triage and manage all incoming calls before handing them off to a human, if necessary.

In deep collaboration with front end developers, I built a formal design system from existing graphical and visual UI assets, using tools such as Zeroheight for documentation and Storybook for direct integration of the UI components in the design system as React components in a library for the front end of the web application to consume.
